Juntos Contigo: Estamos conectados
a RESPONSE TO THE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY DURING THE PANDEMIC
The social distancing restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 forced us to find new ways to connect and feel “juntos” (together). Latin Stories Australia developed in 2020 the JUNTOS CONTIGO project to APAPACHAR the Spanish speaking community.
The project delivers mental health and wellbeing sessions and food relief vouchers.

Workshops
Latin Stories Australia in partnership with Momentum Psychology and Wellbeing are delivering two more FREE workshops in Spanish for our communities.
The themes of the workshops were defined through consultation with the community and key organisations.

FOOD VOUCHERS FOR THOSE IN NEED
Are you experiencing economic hardship because you have lost your job or your hours have been reduced?
Latin Stories Australia wants to help you with a $50 food vouchers so you can enjoy food that tastes like home.
You can choose from 7 participating Latin American restaurants. Fill in the form below to access a voucher.
2020
We delivered free online workshops in Spanish covering a diverse range of topics on mental health and wellbeing (in conjunction with Momentum Psychology).
We provided almost 100 food vouchers $50 to those experiencing economic hardship to be spent on a Latin American restaurant to make them feel closer to home.
